Key Technologies of Air Suspension Blower：

Air Suspension Bearings:

Adopting high-temperature solid lubricants, Fuyuan air suspension bearings can be continuously switched on and off for over 20,000 times under high/low temperature, making it a semi-permanent bearing.  Without mechanical contact, air bearings do not require a lubricating system, no regular maintenance either, enabling it long-term stable running. It has no friction loss and ultra long service life, the comprehensive efficiency can get over 96.5%. Compared to traditional blowers, it has excellent energy-saving effect, can save 30-50% energy and almost no power loss.

Hi-speed, Hi-efficiency Centrifugal Wheels.

Originating from their rich turbocharging design experience, Fuyuan designs the efficient centrifugal compressor through the advanced CFD design software CONCETP NREC, whose wheel efficiency reaches 92%, and the blower compression efficiency (including turbine housing, wheel, and diffuser) 84%.  When the working conditions vary, the efficiency of the blower decreases by less than 2%; The wheels with high strength, small inertia and high reliability, is made of aviation aluminum alloy and processed by a five-axis machining center.

Permanent-magnetic Hi-speed Motor：

Using air bearing, high-speed PMSM of Fuyuan has large capacity but small volume , whose rotating shaft can rotate100000-200000 RPM, providing ultra-high speed running (high energy density). Compared with the typical AC motor whose efficiency is 85%, our four-stage PMSM has efficiency of more than 97%, a typical two-stage motor 95%. For motor efficiency only, 5-10% energy is saved.

The Frequency Control System：

Adopting an advanced motor and frequency speed control system, it can automatically adjust the speed and power according to the load, ensuring the best operating condition; through a venting device, the control system can start up under no-load, and shut down safely in case of power-off and alarm. No separate frequency converter cabinet or operation cabinet needed, the main control panel in the blower room can automatically and continuously adjust the speed, pressure, flow, control start, problem alarm, etc. through the computer CPU, and all data is real-time monitored by the background。
